Chicken in a fragrant sauce with buckwheat
The dish is very quick and simple to prepare, and despite this, it turns out surprisingly tasty! Plain simple chicken transformed beyond recognition by this garlic-ginger sauce, and even curry! The flavors are amazing! In combination with buckwheat - simply delicious! I can't believe such a gorgeous dish can be a lunch or dinner in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Chicken fillet

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

    3 ст. л.

  • Tomato juice

  • Curry

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Ginger

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Bags of buckwheat lowered into boiling salted water, boil 20 minutes on low heat until tender.

Chicken fillet wash, then cut into not very large pieces.

Fry chicken pieces in vegetable oil over high heat for about 5 minutes.

Mix mayonnaise, tomato juice and spices. If the hand was not tomato juice you can dilute ketchup with water. Pour the chicken sauce, simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat.

Add chopped garlic, stir and leave for another 5 minutes.

If the sauce is too liquid, add a little flour, usually enough for one tablespoon.
