Juicy rump steak with a delicate sauce
Semi-finished products from poultry meat Petelinka, I cook several times a week. First, chicken can be cooked many different dishes. Secondly, preparing the chicken very quickly. And, third, the result is always delicious. The quality and variety of products of TM "Petelinka" can't be good. Today, I bought a "rump steak juicy" and decided to cook it with the gravy.

  • Tomato paste

  • Sugar

  • Carrots

  • Spices

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Salt

1. Prepare the products. Vegetables wash, peel. Carrot three on a small grater.

2. Heat in a nonstick pan or cast iron vegetable oil (1 tbsp), and on low heat fry the rump steak on both sides until Golden brown. Put a rump steak on a paper towel.

3. Heat in a clean pan with vegetable oil (1 tbsp) and fry chopped onion until transparent.

4. Then add 1 tbsp butter and fry the flour.

5. Without ceasing to stir, add tomato paste, fry for 1-2 minutes on low heat.

6. Pour a thin stream of the broth or water, add grated carrot, sour cream, a pinch of sugar, spices and salt. Gently mix everything together and put a Bay leaf. Tormented on low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly and remove from heat. Give the gravy a little time to steep (3 minutes) under the lid and remove the Bay leaf.
