Cooking
Carrots and onions chop.
Potatoes and zucchini cut into medium-sized.
Slice the mushrooms.
In a thick-walled pot or a roaster pour 3 tbsp oil, put all the vegetables and mushrooms. Tomato paste diluted in 1 Cup water, and pour into the vegetables. Add Bay leaf and spices. Simmer on slow heat for 3O-35;
