Chicken Imperial

Description

On the menu tonight for dinner is simple, but delicious dish "Chicken Imperial". Cooked very simply, but can even be a decoration of the festive table. For the idea thanks to chef Lena-1917.

Vegetable oil

Soy sauce

2 ст. л.
Cognac

2 ст. л.
Ginger
Sugar

1 ст. л.
Black pepper
Salt

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil with ginger. Chicken cut into slices, combine with onion and fry until soft. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with sugar.

Then pour the cognac, add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and a little boiling water. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken until tender on low heat. When sauce thickens, the dish is ready.
