Cooking
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil with ginger. Chicken cut into slices, combine with onion and fry until soft. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with sugar.
Then pour the cognac, add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and a little boiling water. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken until tender on low heat. When sauce thickens, the dish is ready.
When serving put the chicken pieces on a dish, pour over the sauce. Bon appetit!
