Description
If you want really great meat, then this recipe is for you. Beef in soy sauce "Kikkoman" red wine is a great option of spicy meat. Suggest to go with dinner, a side dish it is possible to submit boiled or fried potatoes.

Cooking
In red wine, add sugar and boil until, until the wine reaches ¼ of the original volume.
Onion cut into half rings, roll in potato starch and fry in oil (deep-fried), heated to 170 degrees.

Now cut pieces of beef lightly season with salt and pepper.
Preheat a frying pan a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the meat on both sides (cooking time 6-7 minutes on each side). Remove the meat from the pan, wrap in foil and set aside.
Remove from the pan the excess oil, pour back the wine, add sugar and boil until, until the wine reaches 1/3 of the original volume. Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and bring to the boil.
Return the meat to the pan, stirring the sauce, add the butter, a little boil the sauce.
To get the meat from the pan and slice diagonally into slices 3-4 mm. Strips of meat on a platter with garnish to taste. A nice dinner!
