Tender chicken with sweet corn salad is a lighter alternative to the main dish on the Christmas table. Suitable for those who are afraid to gain extra pounds over the holidays, but wants a delicious unusual food.

Cooking
1. Vegetables wash and dry, the bean crop tails, corn and beans boiled, sweet pepper cut into cubes, onion – thin rings.
2. With a whisk, mix soy sauce with olive oil and, continuing to whisk, add the juice of 1 lime. Season with pepper. The second lime cut into thin slices.
3. Divide the sauce into two parts. Inside the chicken put a mug of lime, the tightly bound so that they bake evenly, and grease the skin with half of the sauce.
4. Lay the chickens on a baking tray, breast up and bake at 200 C (200 – 220 depending on your oven) for 35 minutes so they become Golden.
