Description
Sauce Jerk refers to the Jamaican cuisine. Most often it is used as a sauce or marinade for meals cooked over a fire. But at home this sauce is perfect with pork and chicken. He is very rich, spicy, tangy and delicious. A quick version of this sauce was prompted by Jamie Oliver and I share them with you.

Cooking
Pork wash, dry, remove film and cut into small pieces. Fry the pork in a well heated pan with olive oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes, depending on thickness of pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drop the rice into boiling salted water. Add a couple of Bay leaves and cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Prepare all the ingredients for the sauce. Garlic and ginger peel, herbs and vegetables wash. Use chili peppers to taste, I put a very small piece because the pepper is very sharp got. Sauce in General will be quite sharp.
Put cilantro, green onions, cherry tomatoes, garlic, ginger in a blender. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, and 3-4 tbsp water.
Grind the sauce until smooth. It should be watery, if necessary add more water.
Take out the pork from the pan and put aside. Pour the pan sauce. Tormented it for 3-4 minutes. It needs to slightly change color, becoming darker. Add to the sauce fried meat, stir.
Spread on a plate of rice crispies. Cooking bags facilitates this process.
Put the meat in the sauce and sprinkle with leaves of fresh cilantro.
