I like to Tinker in the kitchen, but I love to be tasty. So the recipe, in General, the usual. The marinade I came up with myself. Try!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    150 мл

  • Mayonnaise

    2 ст. л.

  • Ketchup

    3 ст. л.

  • Mustard

    1.5 ч. л.

  • Vinegar

    2 ч. л.

  • Seasoning

  • Chicken breast

    2 шт

  • Sunflower oil

Dump in a bunch of soy sauce, ketchup, miRNAs, mustard, vinegar and seasoning. Seasoning can take absolutely any and the more - the better, but seasoning is a must! must be without salt.

Mix thoroughly with a whisk to avoid lumps (spices do not count). And set aside until aside.

Meat cut into portion pieces.

Then each piece should be trimmed lengthwise and crosswise on each side, not cutting through to the end, to the better meat soaked in marinade and roasted.

Now dip the chicken in the marinade, mix thoroughly and leave to live in the marinade at least two hours. Maximum - the longer the better. I swam to three days. The meat does not spoil because there is vinegar, and over time it becomes more delicate, although the chicken itself is very tender.

Then fry for 1 minute on high heat on each side, cover with a lid and another 4 minutes (approximately) on each side on low heat.

The chicken turns out very tender and soft. Cooked very quickly and simply. And what is most interesting - it is very difficult to overdo. Salt is not necessary, since soy sauce itself is salty enough. But some is too salty, in that case I recommend to dilute soy sauce with water 1/3 or 1/2. But otherwise - good appetite)))
