Creamy tomato chicken in Indian style
Tender chicken in a spicy creamy tomato sauce and basmati rice. Very harmonious combination! The recipe was found in the vast social networks, to authenticity do not claim, but I invite to look. :)

  • Chicken breast

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    250 г

  • Cream

    100 мл

  • Butter

    15 г

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Parsley

Cooking time is given without time for marinating. So, a chicken breast chopped NOT finely, mix with lime juice, spices, salt and finely chopped garlic. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator 12-24 hours.

Two oil fry finely chopped onion until transparent.

On the tomatoes make a crosswise slit, dipping for 10 sec. in boiling water, then pour cold water and remove the skin. Finely slice.

To the onions add the chicken breast. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.

Add the tomatoes in own juice (I have tomato puree) and fresh tomato. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes under cover. At the end add the cream and chopped parsley. Mix well.

Garnish very good basmati rice, boiled in water with 1 tsp of turmeric.
