The products required. Chicken wash, dry with paper towel.
Mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, folded into a bowl, add the pressed garlic.
Mix well.
RUB the resulting marinade chicken. If time allows, let stand for 1-2 hours. But you can just in the oven.
I put in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 150 degrees, then another half an hour at 180 degrees, to form a crust. Readiness check with a toothpick.
