Description

Roast pork with balsamic vinegar
This is a wonderful roast, you can cook it in the stove and in the oven - choose to your taste. In both cases it will turn out flavorful, hearty and nourishing.

Ingredients

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Pork

    700 g

Meat cut into cubes. Carrots - washers (sorry, no its not the best when, but I think that's obvious).

Potatoes - rather large cubes.

Onions coarsely chop.

Put the meat in a pan, add the tomato paste, flour, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir add all other ingredients and pour 500 ml of water. Put the pan on the stove on medium heat (or in a preheated 180 degree oven) and simmer (40-60 min.)
