Meat rolls
Very tasty meat rolls, perfectly complement a festive table and have a lot of choices for toppings. I do not know whether such a recipe on the website, but I made it up myself, and was very fragrant, tasty and guests were delighted. I hope you like it too.

Take the meat and cut into pieces as for chops, only thicker, 1 cm in thickness. Repel, salt, pepper, add seasoning to taste (I added seasoning "Fragrant meat") and pour the soy sauce so that the meat could zamarinuetsya. Put an hour in the refrigerator.

Take boiled eggs and carrots. Carrots three on a coarse grater, and egg cut into thick strips. Chop the parsley and spread on all marinated piece of meat.

Wrap the meat rolls and fasten on the tips of 2-3 toothpicks. Spread on previously greased baking sheet. A thin layer spread on top of sliced rolls with butter.

Bake until tender, depending on thickness of the meat, I baked it for 20 minutes at 180°.
