Cooking
Cut the chicken fillets in small pieces. Mix with the shrimp, pour the wine and soy sauce, leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
Wash and clean peppers and onions. Tomatoes are cleaned from the skin. Cut the onion and pepper in half rings, tomatoes cubes.
Rinse the beansprouts, a little along the way breaking them, that's not a very long part. Dry.
On a heated frying pan, pour oil and fry the chicken with shrimp (without the marinade).
When the chicken turns white (I cooked with the breast), add the marinade and simmer for another 5 minutes.
In another pan fry the onion 2 minutes, add peppers, sprouts, tomatoes (for fans, you can add garlic). Stew for 5 minutes. Add to vegetables shrimp with chicken. Mix thoroughly. Add curry, salt, pepper, sugar to taste, stir again and simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes. The dish is ready! It remains only to decide what to serve it this time! Bon appetit!
