Cooking
Chicken, chicken legs, brisket - to cut into pieces, season with salt and pepper and fry in butter until Golden brown.
Put prepared meat in a baking dish( or a pressure cooker,cauldron) in the same oil fry the finely chopped onion.
Tomatoes peel from the peduncle and kill in a blender with salt.
Ready onions put the meat, pour 1st.water and simmer 20 minutes, add salt. After twenty minutes add the tomatoes, try the salt, if you must needs more salt, put spices and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Whisk the eggs, after 15 minutes, add to the chicken, give them the clutch and turn off the heat, sprinkle with pepper.
Before serving, stir, put into bowls and sprinkle with parsley. A delicious dish, my little ones loved it, especially dipping fresh bread into the sauce, try it. Bon appetit!
