Paprikash with mushrooms
Paprikash is a dish of Hungarian cuisine. Mandatory ingredients – paprika, fresh low-fat sour cream, onion. Cooked in a deep wide pan. Paprikash is usually made from meat, but I suggest to prepare an accelerated variant of the mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Paprika sweet

  • Broth

    150 мл

  • Sour cream

    120 г

  • Butter

    30 г

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Buckwheat

    4 пакет.

Cooking

In a pan pour 1 liter of water, add salt and put on fire. When the water boils, drop it in the bags with buckwheat and put the timer on 20 min.

While boiling water for buckwheat, chop the garlic and onion. Melt in a deep frying pan butter and pour it into the chopped vegetables. Fry until transparent.

While the onions saute, slice the mushrooms (quite large).

Send the mushrooms to the onions, increase the heat and, stirring constantly, quickly fry. Add the paprika, stir and pour in the stock. Stir again and reduce the heat. Simmer 7 min.

The flour to dissolve a small amount of broth, add sour cream, stir and pour the mixture into paprikash. Stir, season with salt and pepper. cook for another 5 min.

Ready buckwheat put it on plates, pour the finished aprikalim and submit. Bon appetit!
