These mini-cupcakes are very simple to prepare. Takes a little time. They are easy to take nature and put on the table for guests, give the baby to school with you. It all depends on your imagination how to make delicious, tender and moist muffins )

Cooking
Whisk egg together with sugar until a thick mass. Then add all ingredients in order and lastly the flour.
Mix everything together, preferably with a spoon, to receive this mass as sour cream
The first 6 pieces I made with chocolate (plain chocolate), the second approach - with Mandarin oranges and almonds with prunes, the raisins and the white gravy and the remaining cinnamon.
I decided to make them different, as the waiting guests, and the diversity on the table I want :)
