To combine in a bowl: sugar, flour, baking powder, ground coffee, stir thoroughly. The butter is heated to a creamy mass, add to dry mixture, mix well.
Add sour cream, combine into a homogeneous mass. Add hot water (not boiling water). Mix well.
Beat the eggs. Pour in the batter, mix quickly and pour into prepared forms (greased and dusted with flour).
Put into the oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes (if necessary, check on "dry splinter"), it all depends on your equipment.
Take out the cupcakes from the mold, cooled on rack or cloth. They're ready to eat. And you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa.
In any case, it will be very tasty! A couple of fragrant muffins for a Cup of coffee!
