Chicken thighs,
I want to share with you my own invention! The idea of cooking this dish is inspired by my memories of holidays in Abkhazia, and in fact brought out her pizza. The dish is prepared very simply, but it turns out incredibly tasty, flavorful and juicy.

Cooking

Chicken thighs wash, dry paper towel. If hips are large, you can cut them in half.

Add salt, pepper mix, paprika, vegetable oil, Abkhazian adjika. All carefully stir, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Cut into rings potatoes (if potatoes are large, it is better to half-rings. It becomes very tasty with new potatoes!)

Garlic crush the flat side of a knife, peel. Finely chopped herbs.

In the sleeve for baking, put the thighs on top of layers of potatoes, onions, carrots, sweet pepper, tomato, lemon and garlic. Add a glass of water diluted with 1 tsp salt and tie the sleeve.

Option 1 (for grills): shift in the capacity of the convection oven, set at 200 ° for 100-120 minutes. Option 2 (for the oven): place them in a baking dish with high sides and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 50 minutes (during this time, the dish is well cooked). But if there is a possibility – it is better to cook the chicken longer, up to six hours, then it will be more juicy, soft, flavorful, and the potatoes will just melt in your mouth. Only after 40 minutes of cooking, reduce the temperature to 150° C. If you love the Golden crust for 10 minutes before it is ready to cut the sleeve for baking.

To put the ready chicken thighs with vegetables on a serving dish, first removing the lemon (if you like a nice sour, lemon you can leave it) and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
