1. From water, flour and salt knead the dough for dumplings. 2. Meat mince (I grind up in a blender), add finely chopped and slightly fried onion, finely chopped shrimp, ginger, soy sauce. To knead well after adding salt, pepper and spices to taste. 3. Continue making the dumplings the way you used to do (we can hand on the pelmennica). I sculpted the hands. 4. Before serving, boil until tender (you can roast it also turns out very tasty).
