Stew in a pot
Why this dish is named "Deception" you ask? It's very simple, my husband flatly refuses to eat stewed sauerkraut, prefers just raw. I, however, don't really like sauerkraut, and braised I like. So I decided to cook the cabbage so that both yours and ours :) In the end, the husband tasted the dish, ate it all with pleasure and didn't even flinch. The dish is quite easy, low-calorie.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Buckwheat

    500 г

  • Sauerkraut

    400 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Vegetables

    300 г

  • Sour cream

    5 ст. л.

  • Sauce

    5 ст. л.

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt

Boil a chicken breast and split hands to pieces

Buckwheat boil until tender. Meat and buckwheat put in a clay pot.

There add frozen vegetables.

Cut onion into rings, divide in half and put in a pot

Add sauerkraut.

Put the spices, salt and Bay leaf

Sour cream and tomato sauce. Add a little water.

Mix everything. To preheat the pot before you put the stew in the oven, I just put it on the fire for a few minutes. Move the stew to the oven and cover with a lid. Bake until ready. Bon appetit!
