Instant coffee

Powdered sugar

Orange zest
0\5 ч. л.

Leavening agent
1 ч. л.
Cooking
Very soft margarine to mix with vegetable oil Oleina.
Add cocoa and coffee, stir.
Add the powdered sugar and baking powder.
Add the orange zest.
Gradually add the flour and knead a soft dough. Flour may need a little more 1st.
The finished dough wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
From the dough make small balls. Put on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Ready cookies to decorate as desired.
