Cooking
The honey is heated to a liquid state.
Add the vegetable oil Oleina tea, mix well.
Mix in baking soda, mix well.
Enter the sifted flour, mix well. You should get a very thick batter (like thick cream). Put the dough on a greased baking sheet.
Bake the dough at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The dough is baked through very quickly, the crust turns a rich honey color.
For the glaze, RUB a lemon juice with powdered sugar to cover surface of cake with glaze.
Cut the cake into small squares and give glaze to harden.
Honey cakes is ready for tea!
