Cooking
Chicken fillet finely chop.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Mushrooms clean, finely chop, add to the onions and fry in a pan until the liquid is evaporated. I have in the freezer are always ready fried mushrooms, so I just add them to the onions and gently fry for connection of tastes.
Garlic skip through the press. Mix the chopped fillet, mushrooms, onion, garlic, chopped greens, starch, sour cream, salt, pepper and add the eggs.
Mix the minced meat and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
The stuffing to put in the fritters on a heated with oil pan. Fry for a few minutes on both sides.
Shift the cutlets in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake meatballs until cooked 10-15 minutes.
