The quality and variety of products "Petelinka" can not but rejoice. Today, I bought cutlets "Petelinskaya" with sweet peppers and cheese, chilled. In the tray 4 large patties. Cheese and sweet pepper to create a unique taste. Juicy, tender, tasty meatballs – do not take much time for cooking, prepared in literally 5 minutes. Overall a very good experience with these delicious meatballs. To burgers, I made mushroom gravy with vegetables.

1. Prepare the products. Vegetables and mushrooms wash and peel.

2. Burgers take out of the package and hot oil, fry on both sides until Golden brown.

3. Put the patties on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

4. Prepare mushroom sauce. Cut into cubes onion and spread on a heated pan, fry until transparent. Then put the butter, shredded carrot, saute for 1-2 minutes.

7. In butter fry flour until Golden brown. Mix the flour with the water to avoid lumps. Add tomato paste, sour cream, salt and pepper, stir bring to the boil.

8. Spread the mushrooms with vegetables in the gravy and gently stir again bring mushroom sauce to a boil. Turn off the heat and allow gravy for 5 minutes to infuse under the lid.

9. Lay out the cutlets on a warm platter and serve with mushroom gravy. And garnish, you can cook pasta or buckwheat. Bon appetit!
