Hearty and healthy Breakfast with Zepter

The ingredients for our Breakfast
Potatoes cut into very thin, transparent slices. Because the potato is the only product that can stick to the bottom of the pan Zepter, at the bottom of the cold pan drip just 2 drops of olive oil and grease the entire surface. Put the potatoes.
The eggs in a separate bowl stir with a fork (I like to add paprika for color and turmeric to boost immunity) and pour on top of potatoes.
In a saucepan put the Zepter grater, grate cheese.
Layer the cheese uniformly to cover our future omelet.
Cover the pot with a lid and put on a small fire (I have 2 of 9) for 10 minutes.
While preparing omelet, prepare the vegetable salsa. Tomatoes, peppers and finely chop the greens, sprinkle of dried Italian herbs and ground pepper, mix well.
Remove the pan from the heat and leave for another 10 minutes. Remove the cover, gently to hook the omelet with a spatula, place on a plate.
