Cooking
Chicken drumsticks wash, RUB with salt and pepper. Let stand for 20-30 minutes.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil, put chicken and fry on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Mix pomegranate juice with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sumac and garlic. I have pomegranate juice restored. If You concentrated, dilute it with a little water. And again, in this dish I prefer the dried garlic because the garlic should not play the dominant role.
Pour the sauce over the chicken, reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Then to take the lid off, fire a little higher and cook until evaporation of all the liquid. It took me 25 minutes. The finished dish sprinkle with fresh dill.
