Rum chicken with aroma of herbs
This interesting and simple recipe drumsticks in foil in the oven, thanks to the addition of rum ( or wine )and herbs, turns slightly dry chicken in tender and juicy. Legs, cooked in this way, literally melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

Begin with the marinade - peel and chop the garlic. Connect it with mustard (can use mustard seeds in spice). Season with salt to taste, add your favorite dried herbs and rum. Mix well.
