Cooking
Boil in salted water rice. Since I meat not pre-marinated, I chose the rice Indica Brown TM "Mistral".
Chicken fillet (I Breasts), cut into strips. Soy sauce mixed with sugar. Pour the resulting marinade the chicken and leave to marinate at least 20 minutes. Drain the marinade from the chicken. Pour into a deep pan of vegetable oil and preheat it well. Put in hot oil chicken and stirring constantly fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat. Put meat in another bowl.
In the pan, where roasted chicken, put the chopped half rings onion. Saute for a minute. Add beans and saute for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
To the vegetables put the chicken meat along with sesame oil and corn. Dissolve in the broth, and corn starch and pour over chicken and vegetables the resulting mixture. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.
Serve with rice. All a pleasant appetite!!!
