Cooking
Two bags of rice in a pot with boiling salted water, cook on a low heat for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, to get packets of rice and drain off water.
Chicken legs wash, dry paper towel. Fry in a pan with non stick coating on both sides, without oil. spread legs and set aside.
In the same pan fry until Golden brown onions.
Add diced bell pepper, cook 3 minutes. Grind the lot in a blender, puree.
Pour into the pan grated tomatoes, add water, puree onions and peppers. To connect with ground black pepper, salt, smoked paprika. Mix well. Bring to a boil.
To spread the bloom into the sauce. Reduce heat and cook 15-20 minutes. 2 minutes before the end of stewing, add cream, reheat.
