Chicken and fragrant rice with spinach and Savoy cabbage
Aromatic rice with pine nuts, spinach, Savoy cabbage and chicken will decorate your table.

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, soak it up a bit at room temperature.

From lemon halves and squeeze the juice. Prepare the filling: combine salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice, mix well. The chicken carcass "to redeem" in lemon and olive oil dressing.
