Cooking
Liver wash, remove the film necessarily. Slightly freeze and cut into wide but thin slices.
Press out the garlic, and the salt, seasoning and pepper added to taste. My advice - the liver can be a little salty and a little MORE seasoning.
Heat the oil to a white haze. Fry in small portions, to prevent the oil from cooling down.
Fry liver for 2 minutes each side.
