This vegetable stew - what You need. A great combination of healthy ingredients and guaranteed satiety. Can be eaten hot or cold. I like more cold.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Beans

    200 г

  • Tomato paste

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt

  • Water

Shred the cabbage

Grate the carrots, chop the beans, slightly thawed mushrooms

Open the lid and simmer for another 5 minutes until all the moisture evaporates. Add the oil, tomato paste, pickled cabbage and another 20 minutes to simmer, for 5 minutes until cooked add the Bay leaf.
