Ventricles with buckwheat
Thought I could cook an original... and so was born this dish...

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 стак.

  • Chicken stomachs

    700 г

  • Apple

    2-4 шт

  • Cranberry

    50 г

  • Lemon

    1 шт

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

  • Spices

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Sauce

  • Vinegar

That's what we need.

The ventricles rinse. Season with salt and pepper (I usually add "by eye"). Add the vinegar and sauce. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir and leave to marinate.

Meanwhile, finely chop onions and dill. And Apple grate.

On a hot griddle put the ventricles (without the juice from the marinade) and lightly fry.

Then add the onion and leave for a couple of minutes under the lid.

Then add the cranberries, fennel, apples and buckwheat. Fill remaining under the ventricles marinade and add some water (to almost cover the buckwheat).

Cover with a lid and stew until ready.
