Softened butter RUB with sugar and vanilla sugar (leaving about 10 g of oil, which should be cooled).
Gradually add the egg yolks.
The finely chopped peel of the tangerine, mix with cottage cheese and semolina. Connect with yolk mass.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and connect with the curd mass. Half of the curd mass lay in a greased form. Put apricots (split in half), then the remaining cottage cheese. The rest of the butter (chilled) cut into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 175 C on the lower level for 45 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking. And then leave the casserole in the oven for another 40-50 minutes without opening it.
