Cheesecake with apricots
Light and delicate cheesecake. If you put her fresh apricots, they will give a pleasant acidity. If canned, it will be sweet. Choose the way you like!

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and connect with the curd mass. Half of the curd mass lay in a greased form. Put apricots (split in half), then the remaining cottage cheese. The rest of the butter (chilled) cut into small pieces and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 175 C on the lower level for 45 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking. And then leave the casserole in the oven for another 40-50 minutes without opening it.
