Turkey liver with vegetables in a creamy wine sauce
I wanted to cook something tasty and to a smaller hassle. The liver turned out soft, juicy and flavorful

  • Liver Turkey

  • Dry white wine

  • Vegetable oil

I desired products. Took everything and more. I had to prepare 6 servings.

Carrots and onions cut into half rings and saute in vegetable oil.

Potatoes cut into small cubes. Cheese grate on a grater, mix with sour cream (for uniform distribution of cheese)and pour this over the potatoes. Salt, pepper, stir and put in pots. Put on top cut into small slices of liver, spread on top the onions and carrots and add the wine.

Ship the pots in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees. for 40-45 minutes. Our dinner is ready! Bon appetit!
