Cooking
Navels to wash, to clean. Boil until tender with salt. In a pan fry the onions and carrots, season with salt, add the navel and fry for about 10 minutes.
Now put everything in a pot. Pan seared down the navel, then dry rice, 1-1,5 tsp salt, seasoning for pilaf and barberry, fill with boiling water and top with cut butter, a little bit.
Close the lid and in the oven at 180gr.1 hour 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
