Wheat flakes of TM Mistral.
In a bowl put the ricotta and crushed cereal. Broke eggs, put salt, soda, citric acid, sugar, and added sour cream.
The mass is well stirred.
A container for baking oiled. On the bottom a pinch sprinkled the crushed cereal and spread out a lot. On top put five blueberries.
The casserole was baked one in the microwave for 4 minutes. ( Microwave 800 W )
The casserole turned out very airy and moderately sweet.
