Tender liver with onion and sweet and sour apples - the perfect combination. To cook this dish very quickly.

  • Chicken liver

Clean the liver from the films and ducts, cut into slices, cover with milk and let stand for 20 minutes. Then rinse, roll in flour and fry in two tablespoons of vegetable oil until soft.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Slice onions into thin half-rings. Have apples cut out the core, cut into slices. Fry in the remaining oil until the onion has softened. Make sure that the apples do not fall apart. In the baking dish and connect the liver and onions with apples, salt, pepper and put in the oven for 15 minutes - 20.
