I decided to marinate in the yogurt chicken. Took a whole, not a very large chicken.
Cut it into 4 pieces. Rubbed with salt.

Took a bowl with a lid. Put her in the chicken chunks, put the onion, garlic, black pepper peas, Bay leaf. Poured yogurt, hand shuffled.
Covered with a lid and sent in the fridge for 2 hours to zamarinuetsya. Delicious and tender if marinated the chicken overnight.
