Pork braised with orange peels
Pork with orange crust turns out tender, juicy, flavorful with a pleasant orange "note." Only need peel, no juice, and the result will please all.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 г

  • Orange

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Sour cream

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

Cooking

Pork and cut in to medium pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.

Onion cut into half rings (I got a very bitter, cut arbitrarily) and fry in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.

To the onions add the meat, lightly fry, pour a little water and simmer.

My orange, peeled. Peel cut into arbitrarily.

Add peel of citrus in the meat and simmer until tender orange peel.

The softened peel, remove and add 2 tbsp of sour cream and stew until the meat is cooked.

So pork in orange peels are ready. On the side I had pasta, mixed with meat and it turned out flavorful and hearty meal.
