The chicken wings we love very dearly and tried them in many different ways. The most delicious, in my opinion, it is, of course, the Buffalo wings, but these, with tequila, almost the same delicious!

Cooking
Wings wash, dry, cut at the joint, tips discarded. Onion and garlic finely chop. To prepare the spices.
Fry onion and garlic in a skillet or saucepan with a thick bottom. Add cumin, coriander, pimento, oregano, thyme and hot pepper. Fry a bit, then pour the crushed tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 15-20 minutes.
Add in sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, liqueur and tequila, stir and remove from heat. In the hot sauce and put chicken wings, stir and leave to marinate at least 40 minutes, and preferably for a few hours. Then remove the wings (marinade not pour!), put in a baking dish and cook in a preheated 230° C oven until tender. You can cook on the grill, if conditions permit. While the wings bake, boil down remaining marinade a third (or half) and submit to the wings.
