Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Butter

    1 ст. л.

  • Red onion

    2 шт

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Tomato

    2 шт

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

Pour the tomatoes with boiling water, cool and remove the skin and seeds, cut into cubes or slices.

Sweet pepper baked in the oven or microwave, remove skin and cut into narrow strips.

Fry the strips of pepper in the vegetable oil and put into a bowl.

In a pan add butter, put the chopped red onion and sauté for 3 minutes until transparent.

Put the chopped garlic and tomatoes, stir, add soy sauce 1 tbsp, ground pepper, Basil and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Then add the strips of pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, add soy sauce 1 tbsp and pour the mixture into the pan. To interfere until then, until the mixture begins to thicken and the eggs are ready.
