Cooking
Pork steaks are cut into the edges to better absorb the marinade.

And leave to marinate for a period of time from 1 to 12 hours, depending on the possibilities.
After they have marinated, put the steaks on the pan at the edges
And in the middle, put coarsely chopped chunks of potatoes, which also roll in the marinade in which marinated pork steaks. Pour half to one Cup of hot water
Close the top with foil, put in hot oven 200 degrees,
Leave for 1 hour, then remove the foil and leave for another half an hour, the remaining water is drained. Total cooking time is an hour and a half.
