Meatballs in tomato-ginger sauce
Oats, meat balls stewed in tomato-ginger sauce. Get a gentle, rich and flavorful meatballs.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 ст. л.

  • Minced meat

    5 ст. л.

  • Potatoes

    1 шт

  • Carrots

    0,5 шт

  • Tomato paste

    1 ст. л.

  • Ginger

    1 ч. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Water

Oat flakes Mistral fill with boiling water and cover it. Leave for 2-3 minutes.

Carrots grate on a fine grater and combine with the meat.

Boiled potatoes to clear and chop, add to the mince and carrots. Mix well.

Add cereal and an egg, salt to taste. Mix well.
