Pork in Peking sauce
This recipe I start to translate and learn the recipes from Chinese cooking website.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 г

  • Oyster sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Ketchup

    2 ст. л.

  • Dry white wine

    2 ст. л.

  • Starch

    1 ст. л.

  • Egg white

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Ginger

  • Water

  • Sesame oil

    1 ч. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

Cooking

Meat cut into strips. Add cornstarch, wine, egg white. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

To make the sauce. Mix the Hoisin sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, sugar, add water until the consistency of liquid sour cream.

In hot oil fry the meat, remove from the pan

In hot oil fry the finely chopped garlic and ginger

Add to the pan sauce and bring to boil

Put in the meat sauce and mix well. Simmer in sauce until tender. In the end, add sesame oil.

In the original recipe, garnished with leeks, but I didn't like, so I have to garnish the rice.
