Oriental flavor to this dish gives a spicy spice - cinnamon, cloves, coriander. The basis of the food - gorgeous and basmati rice mix from "Mistral".

Main ingredients.

Soak bread in warm water. Squeeze, mix with minced meat and egg. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste, form meatballs.

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Heat in a pan olive oil, fry in it the meatballs on all sides until Golden brown and transfer them into another bowl. In the same pan fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the rice and cook, stirring, another 2 minutes.

Mix in the tomato paste, pour the broth, place the meatballs and simmer 15 minutes over medium heat. Rinse zucchini, cut into thin slices. Pepper wash, remove the stalk and seeds, flesh cut into slices. Vegetables mix with rice with meatballs and cook 5 minutes.

The finished dish salt and pepper, season with cloves and coriander to taste.
