Form of grease with vegetable oil. At the bottom lay the sliced meat. And sprinkle it with a mixture of salt with spices. The form preferably higher.
Fry the onions until Golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Put another layer of meat.
Put the roughly chopped potatoes and sprinkle with mixture of salt and spices.
In a separate bowl, mix the diced peppers, tomatoes , grated carrot, chopped hot pepper, crushed garlic and mayonnaise.
This mixture is placed in the form of potatoes. The top is sprinkled with grated cheese.
Cover with foil and place in preheated 180 oven for 1.5 hours Remove the foil and another 15 minutes.
