Cookies with sunflower seeds and oat flakes

Excellent tea biscuits.

Ingredients

Chicken egg

Sunflower seeds

Orange zest

Soda

Oat flakes

Cooking

Mix the egg with sugar until white air masses

Air is added to the egg mixture, orange zest, and salt. Stir.

Add oatmeal, flour and soda. Mix well

Add sunflower seeds. Stir.

Spread with a spoon on a baking sheet. Best on a silicone Mat or baking paper. Very important!!! Spread each cookie future as far as possible from each other. In the oven they will greatly increase in size. Bake at 180-190 degrees for 15 minutes. Then the oven off and leave the cookies there, albeit a little dry, and cool along with the oven.
