Baklava
Baklava is just a delight, with aroma of honey and crunch of the Filo. A wonderful addition to the holiday tea. The recipe is not very simple, but if you try - you get a wonderful dish.

Ingredients

  • Butter

Filling: Chop nuts in any way, mix with 1 Cup sugar, spices and 2 tbsp oil. Divide into 3 parts.

Dough: Whisk the yolks with 40 ml milk, add 50 grams of melted butter, add the dough. Mix thoroughly. Gradually pour 250 grams of flour. Don't forget to add salt to taste. Well knead the dough with your hands, leave on for 10-20 minutes rasstoyatsya.

Prepare sugar syrup. Stir in 1 tbsp sugar and pour 100 ml of water. Mix.
