Description
Parents brought from the garden a bunch of pumpkins and gave me the task to implement it. On our table began to appear such masterpieces as pumpkin muffins, pumpkin soup, milk porridge with pumpkin and much more:) I love SOTE, but online never found interesting recipe for "Sautéed with pumpkin"... had to come up with the most:) it was very tasty! So catch!

Cooking
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry.
Zucchini clean, if required (I have a young, I didn't clean) and cut into cubes, add to onion. Fry, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Clean and cut the same cubes of pumpkin. Send in a saucepan.
Potatoes clean and cut into small cubes. Sent to vegetables. Fry the vegetables, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Prepare sauce: in a bowl, mix tomato paste, soy sauce and wine.
Pour the sauce over the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes.
I have here a root of ginger:
Ginger and garlic grind to a fine grater.
Fry, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are done, about 5 minutes.
It turns out that this looks yummy:) Served with finely chopped greens (but that's me, unfortunately, it was not)
